Care maintenance guide:

- Protect the blade by applying a light coat of mineral or food-safe oil after cleaning. This helps prevent rust, especially in damp or humid conditions.
- For best results, keep the edge sharp with a whetstone or honing rod, maintaining a 15–20° angle.
Handle Care
