FAQs

Common Questions, Answered

Is Damascus steel good for knives?

Yes, Damascus steel is excellent for knives due to its high strength, sharp edge retention, and unique layered pattern. It's made by forging multiple layers of steel together, giving it both durability and a distinctive aesthetic that regular steel knives don't have.

Are your Damascus knives handmade?

Yes, every Damascus knife we sell is handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional forging techniques. Each blade is individually hammered, folded, and shaped, which is why no two knives have exactly the same pattern.

Are your knives made from real Damascus steel?

Yes, our knives are crafted from genuine Damascus steel, designed to combine performance, strength, and visual beauty.

What types of knives do you offer?

We offer a variety of Damascus knives, including kitchen knives, chef knives, hunting knives, folding knives, and collector-style pieces.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods for a smooth and secure checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. We also support digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, along with PayPal for added convenience and buyer protection.

Do you ship across the United States and internationally?

We currently ship our Damascus knives across the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery country and location.

Do I Need To Do Any Blade Maintenance?

Majority of our knives will not require any maintenance except periodic sharpening/honing to keep the blade razor sharp at all times.
Wash and dry the knife after use and avoid leaving moisture on the blade.
We recommend applying mineral oil to Damascus steel blades to help protect against corrosion.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition with packaging intact to be eligible for a return. Please read our Shipping & Return Policy for full details.

Will my knife look exactly like the product photos?

Since each knife is handcrafted, slight natural variations may appear in the Damascus pattern, handle color, wood grain, finish, and sheath fit. These small differences are a normal part of the handmade process and don't affect the overall design or quality of the knife.

Where Should I Store My Knife?

If your knife came with a sheath or a roll - we recommend to store your knife in them. Please ensure that the knives are dry before putting them inside.
